Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Scent Cosmetics, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our commitment to quality means that once opened, our products cannot be repackaged or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns on open merchandise. However, in rare circumstances where a product is damaged during delivery, we offer a replacement.

Refund Policy:

• We do not accept returns on open or used products.
• If your product is damaged during delivery, please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt.
• To initiate a replacement request, please self-ship the damaged product to our address.
• Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will perform quality checks.
• We will issue refund Rs. 80 to your paytm/bank account after satisfying.
• Please allow one to 3 dayss for your replacement request to be processed.
• All claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products.
• Scent Cosmetics is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.
