We give customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 7 days after the shipment is delivered.

Yes, you can exchange an item under the following reasons:

If you prefer to get a different colour or a different item instead, please place a new order in our online shop and return the item(s) you have already received, back to us to be refunded. Once your parcel reaches us, we aim to process it within 7- 10 working days.

Scent Cosmetics strives for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return or exchange you’re not used item within 7-10 days span with the receipt. All orders are eligible for a full merchandise refund, minus the price of shipping.

Please note items purchased during sales, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, however, for size issues alternate size in the same pair can be provided depending on stock availability. The buyer shall be responsible for any shipping fees involved with returns and shall not be reimbursed.
